Nordic Walking loves nature which gives us all we need: energy, inspiration, relaxation. Nordic Walking poles help us to improve our pace and flexibility and offer a wide range of use, from walks to sports trainings - Nordic trainings. Nordic Walking is also a social event where similarly oriented poeple meet and talk, so it is sometimes called “walking-talking” (applies for women, men, buddies, mums, dads, grandads and grandmums, ...athletes or fans). Nordic Walking is a form of physical activity, where regular, natural walking is enhanced by the addition of the active use of a pair of specially-designed Nordic Walking poles. Both athletes and non-athletes can enjoy an easy way to promotion of physical condition irrespective of age, gender or current physical condition.

In our hotel’s hire service, we offer our guests aluminium Birki poles of following lengths: 1x105, 2x110, 3x115, 2x120, 1x125 and 1x130 cm.
